Thank you for your help, motivation, and tremendous support during the past year. Change is never easy, and learning to exercise and like it, is something I never imagined myself doing. Rich and I finished our first 10K! And now I've signed up for the Breast Cancer 3 day, 60 mile walk!!

Your incredible staff, Sara, Eric, V, Reggie, Lisa all have played a part in pushing Rich and I to try new activities, one more rep, or just feeling like we can do it all!!

You have built a great team and we are glad to be a part of it!!

Thanks again for pushing me to find my "Why" factor over and over again.

After years and years of working out with no results, I finally decided to 
get an expert opinion and met with Rami Odeh. He was instrumental in not 
only getting me the results I wanted but also in making a life change. My 
program was a very well thought out mix of weight training, cardio training, 
and diet.  All of this, coupled with his genuine interest in helping me 
achieve what I wanted, was just the prescription/motivation I needed to 
stick with it.  Furthermore, he made sure I had a plan that was totally 
realistic given my time constraints with work.  
Training with Rami was so much more than the token consultation/training 
session most fitness establishments offer. This was the "real deal."  In six 
months training with Rami, I cut my body fat from 15% to 8.5%. I went from 
being just able to finish triathlons to actually placing in my age category. 
5 years later I am energized and fresh at work, my personal life is top 
notch, and I've completed an Ironman, a Marathon, and over 40 triathlons.  I 
couldn't have gotten there without the right trainer/coach. It's safe to say

Rami Odeh has been our trainer for approximately four years.  We first met 
Mr. Odeh at a large athletic club (The Concourse in Atlanta) where we asked," 
Who is the best trainer for lasting results?"  Three different trainers 
agreed it was Rami.  I didn't think three trainers could agree on anything!  
After getting through the waiting list, we were not disappointed. 
Rami weaves a tough work out with nutrition advice. He is always 
professional, personable and encouraging.   After adjusting our diets to our 
lifestyles and our training to our desired results, we both noticed definite 
improvements in our bodies, our energy and attitudes.  I put on more lean 
muscle mass while decreasing my body fat to that of an athlete.  My wife 
also lost fat and gained muscle but her percentages were consistent with 
her goal of primarily loosing fat. 
Rami has been flexible and supportive of his us.  He guided us through 
multiple pregnancies making the whole birth process much easier. He is 
wonderful at spreading his enthusiasm of wellness to his clients and helping

5. Dr. Donald Sears, client for over 3 years 
This is written to express my support of Mr. Rami Odeh.  Rami has been my 
personal trainer for 3 years , during which time he has trained me for 1 
hour, three times a week.  Our training sessions have predominantly consisted 
of 1 hour of weight training, preceded by a 15 minute warm up, and followed 
by 15-30 minutes of cardio.  During the three years, my strength has doubled 
and my bodyfat has decreased by greater than 30%.
I feel that Rami has been an excellent trainer in many aspects.  He shows 
great professionalism during the sessions, and manages to continually 
motivate me. One of has many strengths is that he goes to great lengths to 
make sure that I follow a proper nutritional and cardio program on the days 
when I do not train with him.  Rami has extensive knowledge in exercise 
physiology and nutrition, and he manages to convey that information to his 
clients. He continually strives for excellence in proper exercise form to 
prevent injury, and I am glad to say I have had no injuries during the last 
three years.  I am a physician, so that I feel that I am able to accurately 
judge his expertise in the areas of nutrition, anatomy, and exercise 
physiology. In addition, Rami is a very moral and ethical person, and 
therefore he is a superb representative for the personal training field.
In summary, I feel very fortunate that I was able to meet and train with 
Rami.  I would not have accomplished even a small fraction of my fitness

Dear Rami,
We have been at Formwell for almost a year and I can't believe the difference. A year ago, I was suffering frequent lower back pain episodes that had become debilitating. Due primarily to lifestyle changes and professional commitments, I had begun to exercise with less frequency. Coupled with the back issues, I was getting increasingly frustrated and demotivated.

Two Formwell trainers have really put my wife and I back on track. Jasmine Souci did an outstanding job of strengthening my back and core muscles so that I could exercise more frequently in addition to learning how to manage the pain and get control of my life again. She also did a great job in getting my wife into a program that has helped her achieve her personal goals, improving her fitness and energy levels significantly.

We started with Karen Isgur several months ago and we are really impressed. Karen is focused, professional and committed to our success. She frequently seeks our feedback and every workout is different and effective. What's particularly impressive is her targeting of various muscle groups, rotating areas of focus each time so that we have an overall feeling of fitness and strength. She's a terrific asset to the Formwell team!

Several folks have recently commented on how great I look. My sister hadn't seen me in a couple of weeks and commented that I looked like I had lost more inches and that my clothes really looked great on me. My friend Cheryl hadn't seen me in two months and remarked that I was really looking great and that my workouts were really making a difference. From my own perspective, I feel so much better and think more clearly. I have also noticed that my blood sugar is in normal range more often that not. Exercising also helps to keep me focused on my personal health goals. I don't crave fattening or salty foods, I drank more water and have much more energy. I have forgottent the ladies' name at the spa that commented on my appearance. Since I changed workout schedules, she hadn't seen me in several months and she was excited to see how well I had done and that was losing inches.

When Jessi Prahl informed me she had applied for and was accepted for an Athletic Trainer Fellowship, I was not surprised.

I have been working with her since the last week of September 2006 (eight months) and have been the recipent of her professionalism and knowledge. She is the perfect person to receive this Fellowship.

Through her guidance, I have lost fifty plus pounds, been released by my doctor from blood pressure medicine, had my choloestrol reduced by almost fifty percent as well as having to increase my clothing budget as my clothes no longer fit.

She has inspired me to take a more positive interest in my physical well being and, to be quite frank, I enjoy the workouts. I have even taken part in a 5K event which I have never done before. Now I am working out five days a week, taking extended walks around Stone Mountain, etc. I don't know why I waited so long to get started and at 65 years of age I needed to get healthy again.

Needless to say, having Jessi as my trainer for eight months, I will miss her a lot.

Jessi, in my opinion, has left FormWell with a legacy of professionalism, knowledge and ability. I am sure that all who know her will miss her too.

It's that time again - time to re-up. Sign me up for another round. I've made such progress that I've had to set new and higher goals. This is precisely why I hired a trainer. For the guidance, for the concern for my safety, and for the results. It's one investment I'll never regret having made.
On that note, since it's been 16 months, I thought it was time to share a few photos.

19 weeks later, in April of 2005, I went home for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. Here's a shot taken that weekend.

Unilateral squats, what fun! And to think that when I began my regimen I had trouble balancing on one leg for more than a few seconds.
Obviously, I am thrilled with the loss of body fat. At the same time I have built lean muscle and my strength and endurance have improved dramatically. Even my breathing, which has always given me trouble, has improved considerably. In fact, I recently entered and completed a 5k race - my first in over 20 years. While I didn't set any speed records, I did beat the challenge laid down by my trainer - by a minute and a half!
More important than that is the improvement in my overall health. At last testing, a few weeks ago, I posted the following numbers:
Body Fat: 22.4%
Waistline : 33 3/4
Blood Pressure: 130/80
Resting Heart Rate: 66
Cholesterol (total) : 192

DSCN0159.jpgI'm stunned when I realize how far I've progressed since coming to Formwell. It struck me in particular the other day when Todd asked me to relate to one of his clients how much Cardio I did under his guidance during my first 19 weeks. Looking back it didn't seem like much at all - but that was because I was comparing it to what I am doing now. My fitness has increased to the point where what I was barely capable of doing a year ago is now hardly breaking a sweat!
For the future, I plan to run 5k a couple of times a month. At least once in an organized race, and at least once on my own. I'll probably do more than that though. So, for now as I prepare for my next career - as a fitness model - it's leaner, faster, stronger.

Congratulations to you and your family. I can't believe I have been coming to Formwell for almost 6 years !!!!! I have NEVER done anything in my life for 6 years. Formwell has changed my life. I used to look at people and think boy they are just so lucky to be so thin and fit. Now, I know that people that look like that work at it. Nothing comes easy. I am now one of those people.(not that I look that incredible)

I started Formwell after my mother died. She never exercised and she ended up breaking both hips.

I thought this can't happen to me.....I have to do something NOW. I went to Formwell, I joined when I felt the lowest in my life. I had just lost my mother and gained soooo much weight and felt so out of shape. When I first started I had to come home and take a nap.

I was so lucky to have your wife Heather (the perfect 10) train me both emotionally and physically. When I thought I was getting off track I would call her and she would help me get myself on the right track again. See...I was getting a shrink and weight loss coach all in one.

It took me 8 months of hard work but I lost weight, felt better than I ever felt and have keep it off and for over 5 years. It still is hard and there are slip ups all the time but I have a wonderful trainer and a great support group. Of course, I could have put 20 kids through college with the money I have spent.....but I wouldn't have felt so healthy and proud of myself.

So... money well spent. I also have Marvin coming that makes me real happy. I is all about taking care of yourself and getting healthy.

Here is a quick update about my recent test results:

A1c number : 5.7 ( Normal )
Cholesterol : 162
Triglyceride : 136

In March of 2005 the numbers were as follows:

A1c : 7.1
Cholesterol : 260
Triglyceride : 1106!

I think the drastic improvement is due to my weight training. I would like to thank Lisa for that.

I am switching trainers beginning next week. I had been working with Lisa Perron and I wanted to make sure you understood that I am not switching because of any problems. I simply want to work with several different trainers to get a feel for some different styles.

Lisa has done an excellent job and is a pleasure to work with. She's always up-beat and full of smiles and encouragement. In addition, I feel that she really knows her stuff as a trainer.

I just wanted to take a few moments of my time and thank you and the staff of Formwell for all of the help and motivation you give your clients each and every day.

In November of 2003 I discovered Formwell Fitness on the internet and set up an appointment with Chris. When I walked throught the door I knew this was the place for me to be. When Chris did my assessment I weighed in at 250 lbs and today almost two years later I have lost 50 of those lbs and the changes in my body are very noticeable. I owe all of this to you, Chris and the rest of the trainers at Formwell.

To anyone that reads this I will tell you that there is a lot of hard work envolved in losing weight and trying to stay in shape. The trainers at Formwell are experts in their fields. They are there to guide you through the workouts and to keep you motivated through both the ups and downs during this process. Each trainer not only motivates their own personal clients but also other clients who train at Formwell. They are always offering words of praise, they always maintain a great attitude and in my opinion are the very best.

My own trainer is Chris Engels. I owe a great deal to Chris because he has helped me every step of the way in my quest to lose weight. I am sure it has not been an easy time for him as I, like many others, go through highs and lows in my attitude, but Chris is always there with his upbeat attitude, wisdom, and smile to turn the lows into highs. I know that sometimes I give him a hard time, (ok all the time), and he probably thinks that I don't really listen to what he says, but I can assure you that I do. I wouldn't be where I am today if I had not listened to Chris. He has helped to better my life in ways you cannot imagine. Whenever people come up to me and tell me that I look great, I have lost a lot of weight, and to keep up the good work, I always give all the credit to Chris. He deserves it. He has done a great job with me and his many other clients. I look forward to the changes he will help me to bring about in the future.

I will say to others that if you will listen and follow your trainer's advise, you too will achieve much success in your goals. The trainers at Formwell are again experts in their fields. They make the Forwell experience a great one and if others have not told them I will say "Thank you all very much. You do an excellent job."

In closing I would like to say that Forwell Fitness is A GREAT PLACE TO BE. The atmosphere is wonderful and comfortable. You feel as though you belong regardless of whether you have been there 1, 2, 3, or more years or if it is your very first day. Everyone makes you feel welcomed. It's like being around family.

I wanted to let you know that my training sessions with you at Formwell have ended. I will not be able to pick up another group of sessions at this time. The last few weeks have been extremely trying for me - mentally and financially - and although I would love to continue it just isn't feasible at this time.

Thank you so much for the time you spent with me. I haven't felt this good in quite some time and the boost to my self esteem was incredible. You were great and I'm glad I was given the opportunity to train with you. The training also gave me the incentive to work out on my own and I intend to keep that going.

You seemed to take an interest in me personally along with my training and I really appreciated that. I felt that you cared about me and what went on in my life. I thought that was important because it's all is related in the end.

I really enjoyed my Formwell experience and if the opportunity presents itself again I will be back. If I'm lucky you might still be there!

Hi, Rami, Chris and all,

The "Body for Life" program sounds interesting, and I will get my packet from Chris. Unfortunately, I think I'm at the point where losing more weight and lowering my body fat has gotten extremely difficult if not downright impossible. I am still trying though. Thought you might be interested in some of my before and after Formwell and Dieting progress pics. Some of the before were taken a couple of months AFTER I'd started at Formwell when I just thought I was looking a little better. Pictures of me didn't used to be allowed.

Over 80 pounds later with skin that doesn't sag to the floor, I can only conclude that Formwell's been very, very good for me.

I want to put in writing what my experience has been with Formwell. I started at Formwell due to the weakness in my back that I have had my entire adult life. I had been seeing a chiropractor for at least fifteen years.

Within six months I had reached my goal ,and due to the training I received, added to my upper body strength which was a bonus to my goals. I also stopped seeing the chiropractor.

Not only did I gain the lower back strength to get through the everyday tasks of life, I am pleased to report another reason to go to Formwell. If you have a child or a grandchild, you know that they require unpredictable and awkward moves of your body, as well as strength to hold them up while you are also holding yourself up. I am sure I would have been back to the chiropractor had I not gotten the terrific results I did.

Justed wanted you to know that I am enjoying my workouts with Lisa Perron. She is very knowledgeable and personable.

When I began working out with Lisa, I was out of shape and overweight. My blood pressure, blood glucose levels and cholesterol were elevated. After working out with Lisa for approximately 6 months, my weight has begun to decrease, blood pressure is in normal range and cholesterol and blood glucose levels have decreased. The blood glucose level is so low that the physician has taken me off all medications.

I just wanted to say "Job well done" to Lisa. I think she is outstanding and fun to work out with. She is a valuable asset to Formwell.

To my friends at Formwell,

I must say goodbye, at least for now. Not because I want to, but because I cannot renew at this time. After expenses for my trip home, and the cost of new clothes, I just don't have enough left over to pay for your services. So for now, It looks like I am on my own; at least for the next several weeks.

I want to thank you for your guidance and assistance in making such a change in my health in such a very short time. A few of the benefits I've gained during the past 20 weeks are:

  • reduced my weight by 42 lbs.
  • reduced my body fat percentage by 7%
  • reduced my waistline by over 8 inches
  • lowered my blood pressure and resting heart rate dramatically
  • my cholesterol is now within "healthy" limits
  • built muscle - even in those areas where I've had trouble getting results in the past
  • improved my breathing and my stamina
  • increased my strength throughout every major muscle group - particularly through the "core"
  • my energy level has been and continues to be "through the roof"

I chose to hire a trainer because, although I was familiar with most of the resistance exercises, I did not know how to combine them for an efficient and productive workout. I chose Formwell, because I was not comfortable with the trainer that I had used in the past. I stayed with Formwell because you provided everything I needed in a convenient location, and a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.

Even though I have equipment at home, I will return to Formwell once I am financially able to do so. Working with a trainer allows me to push myself to my limits; something I cannot do safely without assistance.

A brief history of my physical health may be useful. I have always been overweight yet active, from working out in the gym to working in my yard. (Some years more than others.)

In June of 2003 a spot was found in my left breast. The first needle biopsy was unsuccessful but the second one on July 28, 2003 (my birthday) determined I had cancer. A lumpectomy was conducted in early September 2003, but a clear margin was not found. Two more lumpectomies were tried, both unsuccessful. Then at the end of September a port was installed in my upper right chest. I was extremely sick from that surgery and it sat the tone for my chemo. Chemo stared in October 2003. I had 6 treatments with the last one in January 2004. Then the last week of February 2004 I had my left breast removed and reconstructive surgery, which means a tummy tuck and the right breast was reduced. The surgery went well. In July 2004 I had the first follow-up surgery on the reconstruction and the next one will be in March or April 2005.

From above, you can see that my body had really been through a lot. From September 2003 until I started back at Formwell in 2004 the only exercise I had was light walking and yard work when I felt like it and even when I did not.

One of the drugs I take is Arimidex, an estrogen inhibitor. Since estrogen is necessary for flexibility and the number one side effect of Arimidex is osteoporosis, weight training is very important.

Before training:

  1. I would wake up in the morning and could barely move my hands and they ached. Getting out of bed and taking those first steps was painful and I stumbled.
  2. After sitting for even a short period of time, I would have to lean on a structure like a table to get out of the chair. Then when I started to walk I would stumble.
  3. My balance was entirely off.

After training:

  1. The stiffness in my hands and legs has decreased significantly.
  2. The pain in my limbs and hands has decreased.
  3. I can get up from a seated position without pushing myself up.
  4. My balance has improved. When I work in the yard I can move more easily around the flower borders and ledges.
  5. I feel better all over.
  6. When I get up in the morning I may still be a little stiff and once in awhile stumble but not like I did before.

I realize that some of the improvement is due to my body adjusting to the drug, but the majority of the improvement is due to exercise.

F.Y.I. - Brian "Troll" is doing an awesome job and I am losing body fat %, losing weight and getting so much stronger. He has tailored my workouts to my obsession (kayaking) and is strengthening my body so that I don't hurt myself during paddling season as well as giving me the balance and endurance to be a better boater. Brian is also a great guy who seems to really enjoy his work which makes it fun for me. I really enjoy working out at Formwell; your trainers seem like such nice people - smart hiring on your part.

Lisa has got to be one of your best. She really knows her stuff-particularly working the core. Every workout with her has been tough. She ought to do a class. I was amazed at how much I liked that type w/o and how much I got out of it! She's a definite keeper and I am not just saying this to be nice....she really needs to be marketed for that (core strength and whatever you would call it..especially for bad backs and being centered in mind, body ,ect....just a thought. Triatheletes could really benefit from her expertise as well.

The "Aha" Moment

        In July of 2002 my elderly mother-in-law suffered a diabetic crisis and I attended diabetic education classes with her. Watching a dozen people get instruction on blood testing and insulin injections certainly got my attention. And then we all watched a video about managing your diabetes that included testimonials from people who had lost limbs and gone blind when they ignored their condition... my "aha" moment! At that time I weighed 270 pounds and I was certain I was going to become a diabetic if I didn’t change my lifestyle. I took over all the cooking for my mother-in-law and during the next three months I lost 25 pounds just eating a diet designed for a diabetic. In November during my annual physical my doctor referred me to the Northside Hospital Weight Reduction Clinic. In two weeks I lost 10 pounds and then I met Rami Odeh!

        In December of 2002 Rami paired me up with Chad Smith and a devout sedentary woman began the transformation into a fitness freak! The idea of working out a gym was totally distasteful to me but Formwell was not at all what I expected. Because of the atmosphere of sincere personal training I was able to incorporate workouts into my daily lifestyle. Chad patterned my workouts to challenge me but miraculously they were also enjoyable! Three months later when I took a two-week vacation I found myself longing for my workouts! Definitely a sign of a fitness freak! To celebrate one year of exercise Chad changed my workouts to 45 minutes four days a week! Another "Aha" moment! Adding 15 minutes to a workout is a lot more than just 15 minutes!

        When Chad left in August to return to school, he arranged for Sara Price to be my personal trainer. Lesson #1 - Do not make the mistake of thinking working out with petite Sara will be a cakewalk! Sara knows how to target a muscle group! Incredibly, she also has an uncanny knack of motivating you to try exercises you’re sure are impossible to perform! And while you are working out, Sara engages you in conversation that challenges your mind while distracting you from the pain! On a more personal note, during September of this year I had surgery twice and Sara aptly designed workouts in accordance with my doctor’s instructions. And instead of six weeks of reduced activity as I expected, I was back to 100% in four weeks!

        And in case you are wondering... I’ve lost 80 pounds since I sat in that diabetic education class. But there are other victories beside the scale... my cholesterol is down 62 points... I don’t wear plus size clothes anymore... I take absolutely NO prescription drugs (was taking 6 the day I met Rami)... and best of all I have new friends! It is certainly my pleasure to be part of the Formwell family.

I have been going to Formwell for about a year. When I first heard Rami talk about the personal fitness studio, I was a little skeptical. Despite running and playing tennis 3 times a week, I hadn't used weights in over ten years. I expected to feel out of place. However, once I wen, I was pleasantly surprised. staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone at Formwell was very friendly. When I went back the second time, everyone knew my name. As you are aware, I've been on blood pressure meds since approx Jan 2005. While I've only been in the formwell program for a few weeks, my workouts with you along with my change in diet has caused a real change of events. For two days last week (Sept 4-5 Tues/Wed) my blood pressure was 110/72 and 110/69...and when I took my atenolol, it took my blood pressure down to 100/63....I realized that I couldn't continue to take it and risk it being too low, so I called my dr and explained what was going on...she has taken me off of my blood pressure medicine. WHOOOPEEEE....

The other tidbit of good news is I have broken past the 230 lbs mark. 3-4 months ago I weighed 250 and I knew I had to do something...I couldn't ....no I wouldn't let it ever go any higher. That was the last straw...that and the fact I heard a chair pop when I sat in it. That was the first time I realized that chairs too...had their weight limit. I became paranoid after that and realized I could no longer overlook my weight. Last Friday, I weighed and was 228.4. I don't remember what it was when I started at formwell several weeks ago....somewhere like 238 or 236...you'll have to chk and let me know. Regardless, the workouts really help keep me focused on my eating and really give me a new lease when I have moments I don't think I can keep this up ....It will be awhile before I can get to my REAL goal...but I really do appreciate you keeping me focused and helping me work through getting there. Thanks so much for your dedication and belief in me and the many others you are helping. While we might be calling you names during the workouts....my heart thanks you!!!

I am working with Jessi Prahl and I want you to know that she is a very strong asset to your organization.

I know she is just out of school and probably still is green, but, her professionalism, knowledge and ability show through.

I have been a member only a month and am very definitely overweight. Following my assessment when we set the training goals, she has kept me focused on the work required. With her help and encouragement, I will reach them.

I may have sounded like a scratched record, but I have asked her to push me and believe me, she is doing just that. Her personality helps ease the momentary aches which come from unused muscles.

I have not seen any physical change, but my weight is coming down. As they say, Rome was not built in a day.

Hi--wanted to keep you in the loop following my visit to Dr. Forte: He was very pleased with my back situation. Told me I have developed significant
flexibility in my hips and legs (Thanks to you!!). (Imagine how bad I used to be
if this is significant progress....) He took a long look at my shoulder. Concluded
that it is the Super Scapia (? I didn't do well in science...). It's normal wear
and tear, and will be aggravated doing anything with my arms raised Here's the
interesting part--he wants us to think about instability exercises like pushups
on the ball, using the bosu, etc. to really work the area hard. The direct quote
was don't shy away from it. Work it and strengthen it. Finally, you should know
he thinks very highly of you. Said you are "one smart cookie". (I didn't want
to burst his bubble so I nodded and agreed :) ) Joking aside, he was very pleased
I was training with you. Also he was very impressed when I told him how I had
recovered 95% next day after one of my back episodes He doesn't need to see me
again So, all in all, very good. This is a perfect opportunity for me to thank you
again for all the good work you're doing. I really appreciate it and am looking
forward to stepping up the training (more on that laterthis week when I have some time).

Dear Rami,
I met you in October through the Diabetes Ed program at Northside Hospital.
Since your presentation last October, I joined Formwell and started training with
Brooke even though I already belonged to another gym. As a newly diagnosed diabetic,
I was told to lose forty pounds. I have been so pleased with the experience at Formwell
with Brooke as my trainer. She has been upbeat and encouraging each session and
knows how to push me to do more all the time. Since she took measurements and
readings on me, it showed I had built 9 lbs of new lean muscle and changed my body
fat percentage from 39% to 33% in only five months. Also, my doctor reported
that my A1C test (critical for diabetics) went from 11.3 (outrageously high) to 6.7
(almost normal)over the same period. This kind of drop is unheard of in such a
short time as it usually takes years for people to get that result. Additionally,
my cholesterol was dangerously high at over 300 and is now completely normal
with LDL at 70. I attribute this largely to my work at Formwell with Brooke
and I so appreciate her and all your staff. You all are great at what you do!

Right now it is strictly a financial decision not to continue with Formwell --for
the time being. We're trying to buy a new house and trying to cut back a lot
on our spending. I do want to tell you how incredibly much I have enjoyed
Formwell in the past few months. (It all started with your talk at the MOMS
Club meeting!) Jennifer has been an awesome trainer and I can't believe how
much I have learned from her in such a short time. She is so motivating and
encouraging and is a lot of fun to work out with... unless she's making us run
up the outside stairs with the weight vest on... -ha! I never thought I could do
some of the things we are doing now in a workout! I feel like I can walk into
a gym -or even at home- and know how to get a good workout -and do it
correctly. Also, there is no way it would have been possible
to join Formwell if you all weren't so accommodating to those of us with
kids in tow!

It was a very tough decision for me to make and I am very sad not to see
the new facility!! Once this move is behind us I really hope to come back.
I'll see what I can do in the way of referrals to pad my account in the
meantime! I would certainly recommend Formwell to anyone.
One note about MOMS Cub, I was recently elected as the new President
of the Dunwoody South Chapter (and JH, my workout partner, as VP)
and we are in charge of organizing the socials for the year -like the one
you came too around the first of the year. We would love to have you
back again! (or we bring the entourage to you and tour the new
facility!) I will definitely be in touch with you about that for next year.

I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am to your new trainer Tim.
I got off work early the Friday before Memorial Day and figured I would
pop in for some cardio on my way home. The gym was completely empty.
I didn't consider that everyone else was off, too! Tim was kind enough to
stay while I did my cardio workout. I'm sure he would have loved to go
home. He was really sweet and adamant that he would stay while I used
the elliptical.
