Over the years she has worked in hospital wellness centers, at the YMCA, and in several fitness clubs and private corporate facilities. Her interest in metabolic training comes from years of balancing a full-time sales job with personal training and group classes at several facilities in addition to her own training program. With these time constraints it became necessary to identify training methods capable of producing maximum results in a minimum amount of time. While her recent focus has been on working with de-conditioned individuals, seniors, and women over 40, Suzan enjoys working with clients from all age groups and fitness levels as well as teaching yoga and boot camp. In additional to general exercise and personal training certifications she also holds a Senior Fitness certification, a Masters Degree from University of Texas and a Bachelors Degree from Eastern Michigan University.
