I calculated the statics for my weight loss since February. While the pace of the loss has slowed, I am particularly happy with the fact that I lost less muscle mass (as a percentage of my total weight loss) than I did during my initial 12 weeks!
This is what I've got.
The fact that my waist/hip ratio is now under .8 is also a great milestone to achieve!!!
So thanks for making me work - even when I'm moaning!!!
I think I'd like to measure again at Labor Day. See what summer brings!
