Vincente Turnipseed, ATC, holds a BS in Exercise Science (with a focus in Sports Medicine) from Georgia College and State University. He is a nationally certified athletic trainer licensed by the state of Georgia with over eight years of clinical experience working in a rehabilitative setting with an emphasis on the evaluation, prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries. He is a 1991 Dunwoody High graduate where he was a part of the 1990 North Georgia Champs in baseball, is a native of Dekalb County and is an avid fitness professional who is dedicated to leading a healthy lifestyle. While interning, he had the privilege of working as a student athletic trainer for the 1996 Olympics. For the past three years, he has been an integral part of the sports program at A.E Beach High School in Savannah training athletes from various sports including the privilege of training the 2000 Georgia State Girls Basketball Champs of Beach High School. Whatever your fitness level, he will develop a workout for you that will specifically target your individual needs and enable you to reach your personal fitness goals. His fitness philosophy is that “weight training and fitness are lifestyle changes that evolve over time and can only be reached with perseverance and persistence”.
