Hi, Rami!

Just a note to let you know what a great decision you made in hiring Nick Nicoletta. I actually look forward to working out at Formwell each week. Nick makes the time productive and fun. He is a natural in the people-skills department. He also knows what each client needs and works at providing variety to meet those needs--both at Formwell and for me to use at home. As you know, I have two bad shoulders from different types of injuries. However, both arms are gaining both in strength and in flexibility. Nick and I trade stories, thereby making each session seem much easier than it actually is. His easy laugh and encouraging words make my hour at Formwell the fastest hour of the week.
